1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how NamiFusion collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our website, AI generation workspace, APIs, marketplace, account features, billing flows, support channels, and related services.
For business or team workspaces, the organization that controls the workspace may be responsible for deciding how certain user content and account data is processed.
2. Information We Collect
Account information, such as name, email address, authentication provider, profile details, organization information, login status, and account identifiers.
User content, such as prompts, uploaded files, images, videos, audio, face or likeness assets, workflow data, generated Output, and related metadata that you submit or create through the Services.
Usage and technical information, such as model usage, API calls, credits consumed, task history, device and browser data, IP address, log data, diagnostics, crash reports, security signals, and approximate location derived from network information.
Payment and commercial information, such as plan, subscription, transaction, invoice, tax, and payment status information. Full card details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored by NamiFusion.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the Services, generate and deliver Output, manage accounts, authenticate users, process payments, calculate usage and credits, operate APIs, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance, improve safety systems, estimate demand, develop new features, and report business metrics.
4. AI Content and Model Training
NamiFusion processes your Input and Output to provide requested AI features, troubleshoot issues, enforce safety policies, and maintain the Services.
We do not use private Input or private Output to train foundation models unless you opt in, enter a separate written agreement, or the processing is otherwise described in feature-specific terms. We may process user content and related metadata for safety, abuse monitoring, debugging, service reliability, and legal compliance. Publicly shared marketplace, community, or showcase content may be used as permitted by the sharing settings and applicable terms.
5. Retention
Generated files, task results, and temporary processing artifacts may be retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Retention periods may vary by product area, plan, legal requirement, security need, support request, or billing dispute.
Account information is generally retained while your account is active. Usage logs, payment records, tax records, security logs, and compliance records may be retained as needed for billing, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Download and save any generated files you need to keep. NamiFusion is not a permanent archive for Output unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting, model infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, customer support, security, communications, and business operations providers.
We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users or the public, investigate abuse, complete business transactions, or with your direction or consent.
If you use third-party integrations, model providers, payment providers, authentication providers, or marketplace features, their own privacy terms may apply to the information they process.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, improve security, prevent fraud, and operate product features.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and API keys.
9. International Processing
NamiFusion and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request account deletion or contact us about privacy choices.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for security, billing, tax, audit, dispute, or compliance purposes.
11. Children
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or otherwise able to form a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child or an underage user has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the update means the revised Policy applies.
